I had an amazing experience at Lily Jacob’s. Emma was so friendly and put me at ease as soon as I walked in. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find my perfect dress. Lily Jacob’s were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Abi was so helpful and patient on all my fittings. The quality, fit, and attention to detail of my dress was exceptional, and I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. The team at Lily Jacobs were incredible from start to finish. Tanya listened so intently to what I was after and when she said ‘I think I have the exact dress for you’, she was absolutely right! She knew exactly the style I was looking for and I felt like a princess the entire time. Everyone who came with me to my appointments were treated so beautifully aswell. Abi did an amazing job with my alterations aswell- my dress fit like a glove! Can I wear my dress every day?!

From the minute I walked into Lily Jacob’s, I felt welcome with their friendly, kind manner. Tanya and Emma were so great at helping me pick the dress for me by having patience to get to know what I liked and letting me try on many dresses, I was so unsure what I wanted. Then when it came to altering my dress Abi was so professional and lovely. I would highly recommend their services as they put the bride and her guests first and are always willing to go out of their way to give the best service possible. I don’t know where to start! My experience at Lily Jacobs was just truly amazing. From start to finish, I was made to feel so special by Tanya and her team. You instantly walk into the boutique and feel right at home. It’s beautifully decorated with an array of stunning dresses. I was so nervous to try and find a dress that was my “one” but with Tanya’s help we managed to find something that is perfect for me and I can’t wait for my partner to see me in it! So many wonderful little touches and Tanya truly cares about all her brides! Even my experience with Abi at my first dress fitting was just wonderful! I can’t recommend Lily Jacobs enough, I rave about the boutique to everyone I can and I just know that any bride coming to Tanya will leave feeling amazing, with a wonderful experience of chosing their dress! These ladies were absolutely amazing!! They made the experience of dress shopping so relaxed, listened to what type of style I liked and even helped me hide my dream dress amongst others to surprise my bridesmaids/mum! Seamstress experience was again, completely stress free and was completed super quickly from first to last appointments.
